GOVERNING DOCUMENTS
The Crane Lakes HOA Board and committees are governed by many rules and regulations. The primary set of rules that the HOA must adhere to are the Crane Lakes HOA By-Laws. In addition, the committees have their own set of policies and procedures to follow. Of course, we must also comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the FMO that apply to our type of HOA.​
