Please consider joining the HOA if you haven't already. Your dues allow us to provide better services and events for the entire community. As an HOA member, you get access to the free HOA member luncheons as well as reduced price tickets for the pay events.

And please consider joining the FMO as well. It is the only organization in the state that watches and fights for our rights and interests as manufactured homeowners. Your dues to the FMO are what pays our lobbyist in Tallahassee. Also, we have an attorney that files "Friend of the Court" briefs when necessary.
