The Crane Lakes Homeowners Association (HOA) works as a liaison with management potentially representing all 810 homes to enhance the lifestyle we have chosen. The HOA, operating as a 501(c)(7) Non-Profit Corporation under the laws of the United States Department of Internal Revenue, is defined as a social or recreational club organization that meets Internal Revenue Service criteria for tax-exempt status under IRS Code 501(c)(7). Our Activity Director along with the Activity Team, works with the Board of Directors to provide many activities, dances, concerts, and events to keep us all entertained. The HOA By-Laws allow us to oversee homeowners’ rights as provided in Florida Statute 723.
